Orders
When will my order be shipped?
Most SukhBox products are made especially for you after you place your order. Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days, after which they are shipped to your address.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.
- Metro cities: 3–6 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days
You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Since our products are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Why are your products made to order?
We create products only after you place an order to reduce waste and promote more sustainable production practices.
Will the colours look exactly the same as shown?
We do our best to display product colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting conditions.
How do I choose the correct size?
Each apparel product includes a detailed size guide. Please review it carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Because our products are made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected
- Colour preference
- Accidental orders
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email shop@soulsukh.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.

Yes.
We currently deliver across most locations in India.
Can I track my order?
Yes.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
